Need some ideas to update an old tree stand.

I am updating my dads old tree stand he built in like the 70s and I would like some ideas. its probably about 10-12ft I know i ave to redo the ladder its way 2 light and is removable. I will be bow and rifle hunting out of it. It needs a new floor. I want to try and do everything with metal as I am not good building with wood. My dad taught me to weld as his is a welder. i have know idea about lumber like my husband hard_r. So any ideas would be great! I will post pics of it friday when I head to by parents to start on it.

its pertty much limited to gun or cross bow but i have a fiberglass john with tank removed, got it from crosslands

it was very clean when i got it, has never smelled,with a propane heater it is very cosey

I finally got up and got the stand updated, now I just have to put it up in the perfect spot. After I do that I will be updating my main blind.
