Neighborhood thieves and vandals

The problem with gated community is the city will not replace lights and they wont fix roads.

The City of Moore won't replace lights unless it's a traffic light.

I tried calling in a street light, they told me to call OGE.

I live in a gated community in the Tulsa area. The streets are private, the HOA takes care of the maintenance, the street lights are paid for by the HOA about 20/mo/light but are maintained by OG&E.
