For a fraction of that cost I can get you the exact same Colt 1911 and Cerakote to make it look exactly like the pic. It'll essentially be the exact same gun minus the QR Code on the ejection side for almost $1,000 less.
No lie there for sure, considering the starting point.... I'd hate to see what it will be worth in 10 years or so. Colt collectors will pay it though.
How many Glocks is that worth?
They are a good looking piece but I would go with a Caspian high cap recon frame and build my own.

Dunno. I've never owned a glock and have no plans to do so. I am sure they are fine guns. I've even shot a few and they all went bang. So far, I've not run across one I'd like to own.
I have considered making a copy of this gun. it would be a fun project.
In jest............... I measure every pistol in how many Glocks it would buy me. LOL! But I like em all, just don't buy em all!

They look like really nice pistols but I agree with GmThunder. They seem to be really over priced. I have an old frame and slide set i have been looking for ideas on. Maybe this is the way to go with the build.
After you shoot eight times the Glock is worth more. JK.
That is a nice gun and might be worth speculating a little. Good guns don't go down in value. It would always have a good value.
