Gingrich explained very well how Bammy would do the EO and how it could them be squashed fairly easily. Bammy does the EO which would be illegal in the first place but he doesn't care, obviously. Them it could be stopped one of two ways. Through the courts, which would probably be successful and be reversed. Second, any EO of this nature would require billions of dollars to implement. Congress would them have to approve any money used to enforce the EO. I believe there are enough republicans and some dems that wouldn't allow funding for the new enforcement programs to happen.
