Good evening in the stand. 7 bucks, 6 doe, 1 fawn. I'll let one fly at three bucks I've seen on this cam, only night pics of them though, didn't show this evening either. This guy spent about an hour eating for free lol.

I thought there might be some more pics with the beautiful weather and all. I had three young bucks come by last night. I was in a fairly low tripod and had one come within 15 feet of me. Pretty exciting for my first encounter of the season.
I thought there would be more success too, but if you believe the solunar chart Thursday and Friday were the “best” days. Since most people probably didn’t get to hunt until Saturday and today, that may have affected the success rate. I know that movement around my place has been slower since Thursday.
FYI: the next 4 and 5 star days are going to be the 10-16 and 10-17. Make plans now to hunt the new moon. That’s paid off for me several times.
Great buck Bigwood. What broadhead did you use? Looks like a good hole in the pic.
