Here's my newest:

1. NFA Item: AAC SPR/M4
2. Form Type: Form 4
3. Transferee Type: Trust
4. Forms Sent: 1/19/13.
4b. Forms re-sent: 2/6/13 (They don't like getting Form 4's in VA, oops.)
5. Check Cleared: 2/14/13
6. Pending Date: 3/22/13
7. Approved Date: 11/21/13
8. Forms Received:

Now just gotta wait til Xmas to pick it up from the previous owner!!!

I lucked out, he had 3 mounts with it. More than I should need.

So it's been over a month since approval and still no stamp in the mail. Going to call today and find out what's up.

Wonder if they used UPS?!? Lol. Probably just backed up due to the holidays. I bet you receive the original at some point. I like that I can download my SBR forms/stamps but I will be glad when I have the paper Form 4 back for my can.

Depends on how long you want to wait. Three months more or less for an eForm, ten plus for paper.

Anyway I can wait longer than 9 months? I'd like the ATF to take as long as possible to process the Form 1 or 4
