This pretty much sums it up.

However, either way I can guarantee we'll get a lying horrible excuse for a politician back in the white house.

Ding ding ding...

I'm going to predict Romney despite my hatred for his shape-shifting abilities to take on the form of a dem when in a dem-state and then turn Republican when put in front of a podium with different wording on the front.

He'll be a winner by a surprising margin to all Dems but not so surprisingly... he'll continue doing all the same things Obama did and everyone will hate him (which will lead to a powerful Dem overtake in both Congress and Pres by 2016).

The GOP is usually really good at unifying talking points in all the various GOP-friendly media outlets (even if many of those talking points make Tom Cruise look sane). I'm really disappointed that they didn't drive home the fact that Obama-Care gives us such a huge tax-increase. It got very little press in even places like Fox News and it was honestly the biggest ammo they had.

Many Obama-supporters could be swayed away from him based on how much he's going to cost them (jokes about how no Obama supporters have jobs in 3...2...1...) - the Conservatives really fell down on that task... unless they're pushing to use that tax-increase money on their own projects...

Oh, and since we're posting videos:

Here, but occasionally There.
Romney for the win, and I suspect it will NOT be a close outcome. All the polls are based on 2008 results with regards to "Likely Voters" and do not consider the turnout and extremely upsetting (for the Democrats) results of 2010. Besides, with all the "standard" polls showing such close results, keep in mind that no sitting President has ever been re-elected when his poll numbers are under 50%.

As much as I do not rely on polls, I do consider them with respect for trends in voter attitude.

Those that "expected" that their mortgage would be paid off and they wouldn't have to worry about buying gas with Obama elected have seen that he was a man of many words but little substantive action. I suspect that he is even losing a lot in demographics that normally support Democrats.

If it should be that my name is "picked' for the win on the pen, kindly give that pen to a more recent veteran than myself. They deserve it much more than I do.

The funny thing is how the Republicans are predicting the end of the world if Obama gets a second term, the same way the democrats did during Bush II's reelection campaign in '04. We're talking about the same guys that made fun of them for doing the same thing they're doing now.

When in reality, regardless of who wins, life will go on. We'll get up and go to our crappy jobs, marry bitchy women, have mediocre children, drink cheap beer, watch the History Channel close in on the elusive Bigfoot. Retire, maybe buy an RV and hit a few National Parks one year before we decide 'it's just too much maintenance' and sell it. Wander around the house looking for plumbing/electrical/mechanical problems, call a repairman (on a Saturday), watch him work over his shoulder, look concerned. Go to coffee shop to ***** about the bill, realize all your friends are dead, go home, watch Price is Right. 54-year-old Justin Beiber is hosting it. Shoot TV with .357. Put it on the curb for the trash man to pick up, he won't take it, write letter to the editor. Shuffle around the doctor's office in double-knit pants mumbling "you already have my ******* insurance card you snotty *****' under your breath. Your kids come over on your birthday and you stare at them with deep contempt as they lecture you about not driving anymore and maybe moving somewhere 'you could make friends'. Wish you'd got that vasectomy 9 years earlier. Death, casket, funeral. 150 people show up to mourn. You haven't talked to 3 souls in the last 18 months of your life.

Imagine the Socialist things a Dem Congress and Mittens could get done. I'm actually kinda serious :lookaroun

He honestly scares me with a Republican congress as much as he does with a Dem Congress. Mitt is the perfect "bi" (plays for both teams) candidate. He might increase Obama-Care and Start another war before making it legal to arrest anyone who remotely looks hispanic, while sending all our jobs to Mexico. The guy's got the stuff legends are made of. Right now he's the 4th leg of the worlds $#!++iest relay-team. You know you alway put your strongest guy on the last leg right?

I suspect that a lot of folks massively over-estimate the number of idiots that believed that (based on maybe a few Youtube videos - a lot of which were done entirely for satire but were taken seriously by way too many people).
