The leftist by his nature likes to feel oppressed, they is why he supports an all powerful government that will oppress him. He lacks the strength, ability and self.esteem to think as an individual and can only feel powerful as part of a group. The more "oppressed" the group, the more powerful he feels.These people have the mentality of a rebellious teenage and feel like they are "freedom fighters" against injustice. They side with the government, colleges, media, global corporations, and international finance yet somehow think they are rebels.

Yeah I know; wasn't suggesting the sword. Was agreeing that it is reasonable to say that we should not hate the other side, just their inspiration and actions...but I don't see many marxist revolutionaries having a change of heart anytime soon.
