Stitt signs 'anti-red flag' gun bill

Gov. Kevin Stitt signed legislation Tuesday to preempt Oklahoma localities from implementing so-called “red flag” policies.

Previously, the Oklahoman incorrectly reported Stitt had signed the bill over the weekend.

While similar bills cropped up in other state legislatures this year, Steagall said this is the nation’s first “anti-red flag” law.

The law took effect immediately upon being signed.

I haven't heard anything...

I haven't either. I am a OK2A member and get Don's emails, but other than posting the video, there's nothing.

I'm beginning to think it's just attention seeking, not actually DOING anything about the thugs that confronted him.

I sincerely hope I'm wrong - but that's been how long?

This is excellent!! Stitt is proving himself yet again with the signage of this. I hope the legislature keeps putting these great bills through and he keeps signing them.
