Negative. Those are just the minimum that they thought they needed to get a warrant.
See page 3 of the affidavit (5 of the PDF):
"Since this Affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of securing a criminal complaint and arrest warrant, I have not included each and every fact know to me concerning this investigation. I have set forth only the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable cause to support the issuance of a criminal complaint and arrest warrant." (sic)
Reads like a movie script... Itll be interesting to see how this turns out.
No no no...none of this is real. Everyone KNOWS that all illegal guns south of the border come from gun shows in Arizona and Texas.
