If they skipped 2019--no Constitutional Carry
If they skipped 2021--no 2A sanctuary state, no permission for Constitutional Carry adherents to enter a restaurant that serves alcohol while carrying, no ability to carry a long arm in a vehicle chamber loaded... I could go on.
