Now that Rush is gone looking for background noise in my shop. Any chance of an oldies station in Tulsa? Ideally it would be using the play list from KOMA in about 1959 but pretty sure that is too much to ask for.

I hope you find one. We lost ours in the city so I had to go with satellite radio. I'll send you a PM for a neat deal on that one. Seems like "oldies" is now considered stuff like CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival), which is obviously classic rock or 70's music, not Oldies. That's a hill I'll die on.

Edited to add: I love me some CCR, don't think this was a dig at Fogerty in any way at all. That poor guy deserved so much more than he got.

I tried iHeart but got really tired of the same twenty five songs and the constant stoppage of service. No matter if I was stationary in a chair all day or cross country driving the dang music just stopped. I had to stop the iHeart service and reboot the phone. Sometimes that didn't even work.
I'm using Spotify now and I get better service and a better song list.

I figured out when I "Like" a song they play it more and when I "dislike" a song they still play it but less often. I probably created my own twenty five song list. I'm sure glad I like a lot of different genres.

I forgot about internet radio. When i'm away I use an app called TuneIn that lets me record shows and music. I usually get Beck in the morning (ktok), Markley, Vancamp and Robbins in the afternoon (kokc), then my local politics guy also on kokc, Chad Alexander. He has all Oklahoma stuff so I get a kick out of him. Nicest guy you'll ever meet in RL too.
They stuff Shapiro in there between MVR and Chad but I can't listen to him. Too whiny and too many pauses in his speech. I get frustrated waiting for him to get a point out.

I mentioned all those talk shows because you said you liked Rush. The world just isn't the same without him.
