Shoots great, lots of IDPA and other competitors use them, and they carry just fine IWB. That's what I'm carrying now, and i shoot IDPA with it too. I do the same with 1911 Full-size and commander.

If I could only choose 1 it would be the wheelie. The 686 is one smooth operator and if you run out of ammo, it is heavy enough to buffalo any takers!

Click to expand... I haven't seen any, but I have seen lotso G17's. Doesn't mean there aren't any, but they must not be all that common in the matches.
