Well I tend to go for a more utilitarian carry piece. For uniform carry or the rare occasion that I open carry out of uniform (when almost no one will get a close look), I'll be carrying my Accurate Iron perfected Glock 21SF:

It may not be shiny, but it has it's own special appeal.

Do you like that holster? I have one for my duty Sig P229 and I'm not too fond of it...... It may be because I'm carrying a Sig (I hate this thing) in it and not a Glock?

Also, you're going to have to let me feel that grip someday.

That would be cool, but the maximum caliber allowed for carry in Oklahoma is .45 caliber.

What model holster is that specifically? If I do open carry, I will want to get a holster with some level of retention.

It's a Safariland 6377 ALS Concealment Belt Slide Holster.

They're $40 now, but I picked up two of them on sale for $18 each. I really like them. Very tough construction and the retention feature is fast and intuitive. A lot of the guys out at USSA are using this holster now. The backplates are convertible and you can get them for just about anything, including Molle gear.
