Make some grilled or panini cheeses with that ciabatta.

I wish ... Just plain toasted for me right now ... My heartburn has been off the charts and cheese seems to be a trigger. I think I'm gonna get me some raw milk and try my hand at making some at home. Me and storebought anything that DOESN'T come from the produce section are having a hard time getting along these days.

Wife and I toured Rocky Mountain National Park today taking a gravel 4X4 road to the top at 12,010’ altitude in the F-250. Still some snow up there so had to leave a little message.

Good morning!!! It was 66* on my porch, and other than the humidity and feedlot odor from across the road, it was pleasant to sit outside and drink coffee.
My daughter went to the DMV in Norman yesterday to see about getting an Oklahoma drivers license, and they told her the walk in line usually starts about 3am. She’s been in line this morning since 3:45. Though I’m pretty sure she does, please pray she has all the right documentation and doesn’t get sent home empty handed.

Ok, I might have missed something from earlier, but what are you putting in the crockpot? Just about anything that’s been slow cooked and covered in bbq sauce is good, but I’m curious what you cooked.
I cut the neck with a saw into 6 in or so long pieces there's a ton of meat on the neck around the bones.

Hopefully she doesn’t go home empty handed. The DMV is ridiculous to deal with. There’s no reason for folks to get in line at 3 AM.

Good news!!! Everything went smoothly getting the license EXCEPT that the DMV is mailing her license to our 911 address instead of my PO Box. Cherokee post office doesn’t deliver to our house/911 address (supposedly too far out) which is why I had to get a PO box in the first place. The lady at the DMV said our 911 address IS a valid address, and that’s where they’re going to send the drivers license. I had to go to the post office and basically get my 911 address “connected” to my PO box, and being a small town, they said it wouldn’t be a problem and that they would call me when Ellie’s license showed up.

I’ve been fighting with camera batteries again today, and evidently, the two big external batteries that went dead are really dead. Oh well, I‘ve still got 4 cell cameras running, so that should keep me informed enough until I can get some new batteries.

Good evening all,
Had A pretty easy day today. Started out taking the dogs to the groomers, then a trip to the dump, then to the grocery store, then to the barber for a haircut and then back to the lake house by 10:30am.
Spent most of the afternoon cleaning out the boat and hanging out on the deck watching the crazy jet skiers. LOL!
Hope you all had a great day!

You should have had her drive to Ponca around noon, and by 12:20 she would have walked out with a new license. In the thirty years I've used the Osage County tag agent about 2 miles from our home, I've never had to wait behind more than one person.
