Got some ground venison 80/20 beef fat and some 80/20 pork fat around 30 lbs. It is from last years deers and it was not vacuum seal. Pick up in Washington area and bring a cooler. PM if you want some. Thank you

Haha, awesome! I did it like I’d do it for myself. You might find a hair here or there, but I really try to keep it clean and trim away silverskin/fat as much as possible. Enjoy!
