The Director's answers at the press conference didn't do much to show me any real level of confidence. I haven't had the chance to read the probable cause affidavit, though. And of course, there hasn't been a trial with all of the evidence yet.
That said, good luck finding twelve jurors who don't already have their opinion formed.

Has that gone to trial? Or has he admitted to it?
If the charging documents are accurate it sure sounds like sweat admitted to killing them. Combine that with those shell casings it sure sounds like a slam dunk.
