I'm pretty much in agreement with this, mostly because I have information that should only come out in trial. Can't the public wait for all the evidence? Still gotta have that trial don't we?

I went through Weleetka on June 10, 2008 (just two days after those two little girls were killed). I was part of a group that contributed almost $4000 to help the families of those poor slain little girls. Someone told us at the time that one of those families was so badly off they could not afford to properly bury their murdered daughter. As the father of a then 9-yr-old little girl, I cannot tell you the depth of my emotion when I heard that. The father of one of those murdered little girls, and the principal of their school if I remember correctly, came to Henryietta, where my group was staying the night, to say "Thank You" to the 800-900 total strangers who had opened their hearts and their wallets on that mournful day. I was unable to attend that meeting, but spoke immediately afterward to several friends who did go, and they said that when the father finished speaking there was hardly a dry eye in the place (and my eyes are not dry as I type this). I sincerely hope they have caught the guy that did this, and I will continue to pray for the families of those poor slain little girls.

I've had the unfortunate experience of being on the receiving end of "receiving help" from total strangers. Trust me when I say that there are no words that can express the appreciation felt when total strangers open their wallets to you. And also trust me when I say the misty eyes never go away either. I haven't been the same since losing my grand daughter and hope I never get back to "normal". I just hope this really is the guy and not just someone looking to make a name for himself. Sounds like it is, but I hope we can know for sure when it's all over. Especially for those families.
As a father of a 10 year old daughter I can tell you that every since first hearing of this happening, it has shaken me to the core. I have been bothered about it for the past few years and I have tried to stay up with the case. The person who done that does not deserve to live, they are not human. You can try to justify it by saying "they didn't know what they were doing" or "they aren't right in the head", but I don't give a rat's ass...they don't deserve to live in my world.

The devil has touched that boy's mind for sure. Sad.
