Do any of you old-timers remember a military surplus store here in Tulsa called P & S Arms? I've come across a couple of their ads in magazines dating from the early 1960s. My Google foo is weak, though :(

The story I once heard was the "P" was Mr. Peacock who opened the Okla army surpluses around town and the "S" was his partner who split and moved the co. to Va. Nc. Tenn. or someplace like that. After the move they changed the name to P&S Sales. P&S Sales was still advertising in the shotgun news at least til the early 80's.
