Just had an idea, everyone over 60 that completes the 10K and bonuses without a medevac should get 5 minutes deducted from their run time for each year they are over 60! Brilliant!
Rats I'd still be near the bottom of the list. Maybe 10 minutes a year....?

Starting last sucks! I am sure that it was worse in summer with the heat, but I was starving by the time I set out. Had eaten a cliff bar and a banana for breakfast, wasn't about to touch the frito chili pie before the run!
