Pipe and angle for fabrication project

Looking for steel pipe 2" and angle for various welding projects. Used and or rusty ok. Just moved to Okc area. Lowe's and metal supermarket are way over priced.

Run around out in the country for a few minutes and find an old farm. I'm sure offering to clean up their scrap iron pile might get you some free material.

They are in Tulsa. but heck who knows right now. few months ago 30/30 was 100 bucks a box

Same in Tulsa, Quick Serice is the cheapest, although I did get a good price on drops at Interstate.

Find your local steel recycling yard. They may sell it by the pound.

Standard steel is always the highest, Albright is usually in the middle. If your buying a lot Taylor and sons in Chickasha is usually the cheapest but you to factor in your time and fuel to go get it.

I just hauled off a bunch of pipe they were short pieces of black pipe 2-3 foot and 1.5" od
Do not know what length you need and if smaller diameter would work.

Fill me in and I will keep an eye out as I come across stuff all the time.
I do have some bed frame angle iron if you need some of that.
Stuff i hauled off I got $7.00 a hundred pounds for it.

I would sell it for that also to an individual

@swamprat bed frame is excellent stuff for fabricating light duty stuff as I know you are aware. Always pick it up when I find it.
