It is also worth noting that some records are not accurate as they appear. For example, a relative of mine was charged with a felony along with several other charges. The felony charge was dismissed, but some of the other misdemeanor charges were convictions. The court record shows the case as a criminal felony (file CF****) with convictions, but he was not convicted of the felony charge. Oddly, it only shows counts 2 and 3 (as convictions). The felony count (count 1) is entirely missing from the OSCN record, so all counts shown in this CF file are convictions, but none of the counts are felonies.
So reviewing the record on OSCN provides inaccurate or at least misleading information. It appears he is a convicted felon but he is not. He is completely clear to legally own a firearm.
