On my property in Oklahoma, the property line on OnxHunt runs through a neighbor’s barn. The Surveyor’s Report confirms it. The situation existed for over 20 years when I purchased the property and on a 39+ acre, does it even matter. The law protects the existing boundaries under adverse possession.

A quick look on 'acrevalue.com' will show property line per tax docs. No matter what you use "stomp the corners' as in go look for the marker pins. And pay for the survey yourself, don't rely on the 'last survey says...' Worth every penny.
