not sure if iam posting in the right thread but here goes ok so my cusin wants to go buy a gun for hunting next year but he doesnt know if he will pass the nics check he had a vpo agianst him ended as of 24 nov is he eligible to purchase a firearm he says he doesnt want to go try and buy one and be embarised if he doesnt pass he has talked to a lawyer didnt get any real answers tried calling the atf never got a call back any help would be appreciated
