will back orders still be shipped??? if you think about it the items are mine i have already paid for them.
If you paid for them then they are your property, technically.
I'm going to guess your SOL. Most reputable places don't charge til they ship, I'm guessing the ones that have already charged will just cancel the orders and refund vs. take their chances at violating federal law.
