the 9 year old found this 4 leaf Wood Sorel (sp?) and was so proud of himself. We encased it in resin as a small weekend project. needs a little sanding and polish but he is quite happy. The boy loves the outdoors.

Always been interested in blacksmith projects as well as glass fusing.
Acquired an anvil a few years ago and built a base for it

Recently got the bug again so started building a forge. Fire brick came from Lowe’s.
Put everything under tension while welding to keep the firebrick solid.
Finally finished the door today. Just waiting on the 160,000 BTU stainless twin burners to get here from Amazon to complete the project.

Still playing around with it.

Made a coat rack and a hat rack for the cabin. Used some old wood from a barn/hen house and some railroad spikes I had lying around. The wood was already dark from age and use. No stain applied.
