That's kind of a funky speedloader.

Thanks I like it....its J.P. modified

Yup....it's a modified (by me) Safariland Comp III speedloader, and it's simply as fast as you can get!
You index the rounds with your fingers along the nose of the bullets and as soon as they start into the cylinder, you let go and palm the knob (heh) which ejects the rounds and then rock the speedloader off and out of the way with a hard forward shove.
It's extrordinarily fast when you actually see me do it.......and even faster when you see Jerry or Curt do it. :thumb:

The 2.5" 19-4 was a backup gun of mine that I had bobbed the hammer on and eventually (and mistakenly) sold to another OSA member who had it hardchromed at APW and outfitted with those snazzy grips.

When I sold it, it looked like a real beater...I mean the finish was Kaput and pitted...but the lockup was super tight.

I'd love to have it back someday and have already called dibs on it if the OP ever decides to sell.:tounge:

Thanks. I'm not much of a revolver guy and couldn't quite figure out how that speedloader would work.
