Man, this is rough news to swallow. Joel was always great to meet with, and back when I was dealing with a lot of problems from my time in the Corps, he offered some kind words and extremely helpful advice.

I never got the chance to meet him, but I did have a couple of quick pm conversations with him, and I know this place is better for having him. My condolences to his family, and to his friends. He surely will be missed.
