Savage action screws

What is a good starting point for tightening the action screws on a target & standard action. Savage manual says tighten front then rear & do not over tighten ( I assume front middle rear on the target action). Got a in/lb torque screwdiver just need some reference numbers

According to what I have read in several places.....Torque in increments of 10 inch/lbs to a max of 40 inch/lbs.
