I have the same rifle only in the 10FP setup, only thing I did was scope (Burris TAC30 which may get sold to fund a Vortex PTS 4-16x50 EBR) and a nice Choate stock. That was it for mine.

You got a website that you used? I'm having some trouble locating one. What's a normal price for these?

Yeah, 180 gr bullets may be your issue. That is pretty heavy for caliber. My .308 shot 150gr really well and 168gr pretty well. It's a Rem 700 but still a .308. Most match ammo is 168 gr as I believe it is the best balance of ballistics.

went through the rounds yesterday again with it. Put 150gr Core-Lokt in her. Needless to say, it was less hard hitting than before. good groupings and even my son enjoyed it, he's 15. He actually put a nice grouping together on it. Maybe my shoulder was sore from sighting in my 30-06 with 165 gr...yep that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I'm ready to hog hunt now.
