Seller on Armslist busted for selling above MSRP?

Wouldn't most sellers on Armslist be busted for this if it were true, even before the run?

They are a dealer. They can charge whatever. I thought this would happen. Technically buying a firearm to resell without the license is a big no no.

based on what I see around here is that you shoot it for a while, then charge full retail price for each piece and put it together and wala...your price.
