Hispanic isn't a race...
It's a culture.

In times past the recognized races (biologists in general no longer recognize the concept of race in humans due to the lack of genetic diversity required) were:

Caucasian
Mongoloid
Negroid
Australoid

I don't see hispanic in that list anywhere.

Of course you can always go along with the joe sixpack/main stream media screeching definition of race.

Which makes you part of the problem not part of the solution as you erroneously believe.

We're all Americans regardless of the shade of our skin. Those of the hispanic culture not citizens of the US who are here illegally are not Americans. They need to go home and come back when they can do it within the law. Otherwise I personally feel no responsibility to support them with my tax dollars or engage in some intellectually dishonest, emotional argument based on "they're just looking for a better life".

The short of it is that the illegals are criminals who need to get the HELL out of my country!

The rest who are legal need to assimilate and become citizens or go home.

OK, "race" in common use today is pretty much interchangeable with "ethnicity," but I'll give you the point on the semantics of the word.

So you're denigrating an entire cultural group instead of a racial group? That's...better? Explain how Hispanic people aren't real Americans.

I didn't denigrate an entire cultural group. Maybe in your mind I did, I'll give you that. If so it's because that's how you chose to interpret it. People pretty much hear what they want regardless of the words that are spoken or written.

Let's be specific - I denigrated a group of hispanics that forgot where they were living and put their homeland over the USA. That group does not constitute the entire hispanic community.

If that's a bad thing in your mind. Then so be it.

I'll just leave this here

Calm down. It's CaliMexiFornia. Wouldn't want to remind the hispanics where they're living and who's paying them would we. Might upset them and it just wouldn't be polite to upset them now would it.

"The hispanics" implies "all the hispanics." If you worded that wrong, then I understand.
