Not my experience in law enforcement. Generally the shooting starts and it's every man for themselves. Why do you think officers hit bystanders so much?
No bystanders hit in this case. I guess these guys do it different than you have.

I'm not gonna go off into these other directions. I simply made a post about an officer that has been shot on 3 different engagements. You think he's a slow learner maybe and I think maybe he's not afraid to get shot doing his job. Whichever it is, I'm glad he's doing it because the bad guys are dead. I know nothing of the previous two times he was shot. I just know he doesn't run and hide while his fellow officers are taking fire. You see it your way and I'll see it mine.

Well nothing ever knocked the mantle of Police work down like when I graduated college and became one. You know folks talk about how dangerous the job is but it is like 18th most likely to die in America job.
I’m with Cowcather on this one. DEFCON Shooter how long were you an officer? The guys I know that have been in that many shooting are crusty hard core men, who have earned much respect. I certainly hope your comments were meant in jest.

At least open season on cops terminated in Jan 2016! They have put rough and my heart goes out to them. The people that attack cops are loathsome.
