Okla needs to catch up.
Europeans have used supessors for many years.
I know the reason for not allowing them, but I don't agree.

In England it's rude many places if you don't use one, as for the hunting question I am fairly certain in Okla. you can only shoot non-live targets with a suppressor on your firearm.

I am sure people have done it...but probably in ignorance to the law. After reading this thread, I was searching about kansas' bill and found on thehighroad.org forum where a guy said him and his buddies were glad they were passing the bill so they don't have to drive to Oklahoma to shoot prairie dogs with suppressed rifles anymore.

I think it would be super fun, but I see both sides of it.

The Wildlife Department regulations state:

Silencers

Silencers may not be used to hunt game animals, game or nongame birds.
