Most agencies officers/deputies are cross deputized so they can make an arrest if necessary.
He was also arrested NAKED 2/17 in Fayetteville, AR as he was having a bad LSD trip and destroyed the entire building where he was staying in an Air BnB. Why was he out on the streets should be the question everyone is asking. He has a history of mental illness. He should have been on a 72 hour hold IMHO.
Just need more gun laws.
Sounds like he wanted to go back to prison. I have known several guys that would rather be in prison than out. They get a place to sleep, 3 meals a day, internet and cable, and they do not have to do a thing for it. Maybe give up the booty to Bubba the overly friendly cell mate but most do not even have to do that unless they are small guys. I knew one guy that was never out more than a week before he would do something to get thrown back in. One of my old "coworkers" told me that it was great in there as long as you did what the guards told you and joined a strong enough gang.
