Nope. And after tonight's debate Trump is hard pressed to get my vote ever. He's not suited for the criticism that will come, I think he'll render himself a lame duck! At this point I'm more likely to vote for Bush over Trump.

The next time that dirty thought enters your head, just remember, G.W. Bush appointee, Chief Justice John Roberts, the savior of Obama care...

That's specifically why I won't vote for Trump. He totally trashed Roberts. I totally get that Roberts single handedly blessed it twice, but I suspect he has an agenda in play. It's called the "be careful what you vote for" agenda. I could be wrong on that but what else has he hosed us on? He's voted with Scalia, Alito, and Thomas on 85% of 5-4 decisions since he took his seat. That's pretty solid by anyone's standards and Trump just dismissed him out of hand tonight.

Depends on how important that 15% was, umm, like Obamacare? Trump couldn't possibly nominate any worse than Jeb. :(

Cruz is the last real hope we have. If he wins, he might get to replace Ginsberg with a Thomas or Scalia. Lord knows none of the rest of them would have the balls to nominate a strict constitutionalist! :(

SCOTUS is why I've been in Cruz's camp all along. I'm just giddy that he's morphed into a contender, I didn't think he had any more of a chance than Paul. But Trump may help us with Scalia's passing yet. This is fro Ann Coulter. Yea she does produce a gem occasionally.

As for Scalia’s prospective replacement on the Supreme Court, Coulter thought “the only reason these craven coward Republicans in Washington” would refuse to confirm an Obama nominee was because of Donald Trump’s presidential run, because the Republicans know if they “screw us over one more time, on something as big as this, Trump gets another ten million voters right there.”
