Since I got a handicap plaquard, i have been noticing how others with the plaquard are assholes and park like ****

Too many are mentally handicapped.

How is it highly illegal? I mean, I see a s-ton of blue placards all day, while working. Cops would giving out tickets like shooting fish in a barrel.

States in the paperwork, "remove while driving".

Parked and not being displayed is also illegal. Whoever the tag is issued to, MUST BE WITH VEHICLE.

I believe, most LE ignores the tags.
Getting a tag is about as difficult as getting a Medical Weed card. Just ask Dr. and you get it.
