The reason the prosecution got the convictions is because they essentially proved she got him the gun and then exhibited a depraved indifference before, during and after the shooting.
I think she’s getting what she deserves.

She was technically complicit in the death of those school kids. She deserves jail time.
I agree with all that has been said. My concern is in how the ruling may be used in future cases, by leftists.
Already on their agenda. They keep suing the gun manufacturers saying they are responsible for an inanimate object that doesn't kill anyone by itself. It takes criminal human interaction to make that happen.

Yeah....all those leftists (checks notes) wanting kids to not get shot at school. Stupid leftists. I bet they don't want people to (checks notes) illegally give guns to people that might be at risk of shooting others too. God those leftists.
This is a slippery slope. Next they will be going after parents whose kids kill someone driving drunk or texting. Whether she may deserves it or not, I think it sets a bad precedent.
