No idea what is going around now but I suggest a large cork. 
I've been sick for 3 days now......and not the end you speak from. Any insight on how long this will last?.............
My oldest had the same stuff about a month ago. Didn't let up for seven days! Took him another week to feel back to normal.
My son-in-law, daughter and both grand kids had something about 2 weeks ago. My daughter who is high school teacher said something similar to the flu was going through the Moore school system like crazy and not to come by as it was contagious. They were all sick as dogs for several days vomiting and diarrhea.
My aunt, who is a tutor at a grade school, got something in Dec and was sick of weeks. I read the other day the flu shot this year is not very effective against one of the three strains of flu. If you sneeze around me, I leave the area with a bye see you later.

May have the new strain of stomach virus called the Australian rotavirus. It is a pretty nasty bug. Drink lots of fluids to stay hydrated.

Hand sanitizer does not protect you fro the norovirus.
