These people always talk about how we need more firearm laws. I say we just enforce the laws we already have and put this woman in prison for violation of the National Firearms Act!
10 years sounds about right.

And the sad thing is, if they DON'T prosecute her, they WILL be demonstrating that or system is broken and needs fixing.

Lol, and she stated that she "made the gun inoperable" before turning it into an SBR. Based on the slide in the charging handle, my guess is that she pulled out the BCG. But no, this isn't that movie "Shooter", and that doesn't count as a destroyed/inoperable firearm in the real world!

Supposedly, she also cut the receiver.

However, she didn't do so with a torch, so according to ATF, it doesn't count.

Lock her up, and tell her she can come out when she can quote--from memory--the entire body of US firearms law. If she wants to write it, she damned well ought to know it well enough to know what's on the books.
