I'll put it to you like this- CPS returned the girl to Will's home. Charges should be dropped. The girl's mom does not have custody, she is being vindictive.

He was simply arrested again(for the same charges). The girl apparently has stated(since being released back to his custody) he did do it but she was afraid to tell anyone.

Yeah, looking like he actually did do it. The network announced that due to the rearrest of Will Hayden "Sons of Guns" has been canceled for good. If he actually turns out to be guilty they should give him the death penalty. Looks like all that overpriced Red Jacket junk is worth junk prices assuming anyone wants to own it. I wouldn't own anything built by a child molester.
