I found out earlier this year that you can re-use a zip tie A pocket screwdriver flat tip works well. It is so dang simple and easy to do.

I undertand sometimes we are in a hurry, but with the price of zip ties (ain't cheap at all) I just undo them for reuse.

I don't reuse the small ones, but the larger ones I do. Waste not, want not, less going to the dump.

You know cmc, they they'd put warning labels on each zip tie, that wouldn't have happened to us - I think I am starting to feel like a million bucks - how about you?

Maybe you could space out the ridges on the zippy tie to actually 'say' "careful" when you pulled it tight....

Shoot, I am just thinking - lawsuit, like the gal that spilled hot coffee on her crotch and sued McDonalds for big money for no "Hot Content's" on the cup. My zip-ties have no warning labels of any kind

Or at least false advertising, every one knows a zipper should be able to unzip as easily as it was zipped.

A zip tie is NOT a zipper. The name tell you, it is a zip TIE.
