Springbar Canvas Tent. 5 minute set up, I can set it up for potential buyers. I bought this several years ago and used it 6-8 times and it has been in climate controlled storage since them. It is heavy water repellant canvas and included is a Springbar brand canvas factory groundcloth. I have upgraded the stakes. All poles, pole bags and tent storage bags are included. It is the 7X10 "Campsite" model with front awning. There is room for two cots and still plenty of floor space. Their most current model with a window and awning is 10X10 and it's $1300 plus shipping without the groundcloth. "They don't make them like this anymore" doesn't apply because they do, but they're expensive....
