Cool place. The owner is a 97 year old WWII navy Veteran. I fixed a gun for him for free. He has a running and driving restored Studebaker Hawk, a Lark and a tow truck for sale if anyone is interested.

I saw a gorgeous Avanti last year, over at Wilshire & Broadway Extension.

You just don't see those out running around today, about as scarcer than hens teeth.

I liked the Studebaker vehicles. I owned two, the first was a Hawk with a 390 back in 1965. I had to put main bearings in the engine that winter. Later on I bought Studebaker pickup from an old oily in Kiefer. Paid $25 dollars for it. The truck had a very low geared transmission and top end was about 30 mph. That truck could pull out tree stumps. I wish I still had that old truck. Studebakers were tough and put together really well.
