You are assuming grey matter will be found, may be a long process. He and the rest of his libs needs to be voted out!

Lowes’s original case is still alive. The District judge and the Supreme Court just declined to issue injunctions against the law going into effect while the case is adjudicated.

Yes, but I think there still has to be some basis for appeal. In other words, you can't just appeal to the Supreme Court and expect them to take the case JUST because you don't like the lower court's ruling.

So my assumption is that getting the Supreme Court to hear the case is more of an uphill climb than winning in the lower court was, because there is already a ruling against them. They need a new argument demonstrating why the lower court was wrong.

Again, I could be wrong but that's my understanding.
