We were given a large bag of dates. I have never had them and know nothing about them other than what I have read on the web. Some sites say they are good for diabetics and controlling blood sugar. Other site say they are highest fruit in sugar content.
From what I have read they are high in fiber so making a cobbler is out. Any other ideas?
