i willing to bet the yankees fans in this state are lakers fans too. probably will be miami heat fans in a few weeks as well. I hope these people have good insurance for getting on and off of these wagons coming by.

I'm loving the fact that of all people, A-Rod was the one who blew the last chance. Not only that, but he did it just looking!

That was just the icing on the cake. Feliz really needed that little confidence booster going into the World Series I think because they never called on him to save a game in that series. It also keeps him sharp too. How many times did the Yankees get screwed in this series by walking one batter to get to another? It just shows everyone on this team can hurt you.

Yankee fan here..Texas played great ball, Cliff Lee is the reason they are in the world series. Helluva pitcher!!

Long time Yankees fans here too. With Bobby Mercer and Mickey Mantle having ties to this State I have always been a fan. Have to give it up to the Rangers though.

Btw, I also hate the Lakers. It's Sooners, Yankees, Thunder, and Steelers for me please.

I love how all non yankee fans have the same excuse. "You guys buy your championships". So your telling me that if your team had that kind of money to spend they wouldn't go after those players? That's preposterous. If you look at it too they have spent millions and millions and millions of dollars for so many people really only in the past 10 years and they have 1 world series title. In the past there have been big money guys on the team just not so many at once. So in actuality money has only bought us 1 world series title. The other thing i can't understand here is why Oklahoman's are rooting for a texass team?

Actually, yes. Some organizations prefer to develop players. Obviously it works too.
