Okay gather round its story time. When I was younger I helped a guy move some stuff into storage for a guy that worked for him. Well for my trouble he paid me some money and this 1917 lithgow enfield. I had it for a few months and then decided I shouldnt keep it for a few reasons, sold it to a classmate of mine in school. Well this weekend I decided to give him a call and ask if i could buy it back. Well he agreed and i have my first milsurp rifle back 10 years after I sold it. It needs a bolt head because when the guy i sold it to went into the navy his mother didnt want a gun in the house capable of firing so he took the bolt head off and lost it.So i'm going to be on the hunt for a no.1 mk III bolt head.

Nice looking Aussie Enfield. I would imagine that Numrich / Gunparts Corp might have a replacement bolt head for you. If not, David Sandlin (The Enfieldman) would probably have what you would need. Shoot me a pm if you happen to need his contact info.
