The Lack of "Community" on OSA

I am not easily offended by anything, but some things are offensive, S4F and his posts are offensive. The topic of the thread is more or less, why aren't people posting on OSA, which I answered with an example of how a mod such as S4F can run people away. If S4F does not like being used as an example of what is wrong with this forum, then he should change his behavior. If this forum wants to improve its membership, then S4F would be a good place to start. Just ask yourself, if you were a short person, or other physically different person, would S4F avatar, as a mod, say Welcome Aboard or Hey, we are a big group of bigots?

Ok, seriously WTF!!? This thread started about where this forum has headed, and now we have people complaining about other being offensive, guess what, I guarantee we are all freaking offensive to someone at some point in time, and this **** is on the Internet! I'm Native American and I let 99% of the crap people say roll off my chest, why the hell would you let someone you don't even freaking know get you all pissed off over some f$&King words that you may find offensive for your own reasons?! Sorry OP, but your thread is far from resurrecting, this is a problem with folks nowadays, quit getting your damn feelings hurt and do your own thing! You cannot change someone no matter how freaking hard you try, I've been reading this crap for days now waiting for a someone to just say to hell with it, if you can't handle someone's opinion, mod or not, and I'm not saying I agree with all of their crap, then avoid it! It's pretty damn simple, just cause the world wants this to be a PC society doesn't mean it ever will, I'm not changing my personality or beliefs for anyone but me and I wouldn't expect anything less from anyone else, I haven't been a member here for as long as a lot of other folks but I've been here long to know what this thread was originally about, speak your mind, and if that isn't enough, well, as my grandad always said, tough titties

For lack of better words, ya, I guess so, what's the point? Everyone now days gets so worked up cause someone somewhere said something that they didn't like, we are individuals right? We all have our own opinions right? I'm not saying there can't be debates on things, but, for example, your thread has went way into the deep end, I for sure don't agree with everyone, don't have issues expressing mine either, but I also know that you can't force someone to change their mind on things, your post, in my opinion, I could be wrong, started out about talking about how this was a brotherhood of sorts on this forum, do you always agree with your family members? I don't for sure, I'm just saying, don't let words on the internet affect how you feel, try and help your neighbor out if able and always work on bettering ourselves, at least that's what I took from your original post

It may be a business of sorts but it's also somewhat of a neighborhood, we don't all get along with our neighbors and some get along with others, it's the real world buddy, no matter how hard you try we can't make everyone like each other
