After my gun show in Lawton in July, one of our great members on OSA won the door prize, a Marlin .22 rifle. He generously asked if I could donate the gun to the Wounded Warriors so they could raffle it off as a fundraiser.
The Wounded Warriors Project sold tickets all weekend at the Stillwater Gunshow and raised about $275 from sales. A very sweet little old lady named Gale Brown had the winning ticket.
As is works out Gale and her Husband Tom run their own charity for veterans called "Merciful Angels Outreach" Without hesitation Mrs Brown asked if she could donate the rifle back to the "Wounded Warriors" to raffle again.
So there you go.
It will be as the gun show this weekend again to be re-raffled and hopefully help out some of our Brothers, that have paid a terrible price for our freedom a little more.
